During carbonization operation, the equipment simultaneously produces high-value products including solid charcoal, combustible gas, wood vinegar liquid and tar, realizing diversified resource utilization of biomass resources.

  • Continuous Carbonization & High Production Efficiency

    The continuous carbonization equipment enables simultaneous feeding and charcoal discharging without shutdown and cooling. It supports 24-hour non-stop operation and can run continuously for 7–10 days, greatly improving overall production efficiency.

  • Self-produced Gas for Energy Saving & Consumption Reduction

    External fuel is only required for initial startup. After stable operation, self-generated combustible gas is recycled as the heat source, requiring almost no additional fuel and effectively cutting energy costs.

  • Indirect Heating, Long Service Life & Easy Control

    The continuous biomass carbonization furnace adopts thermal radiation heating from a single hot blast stove. The indirect heating method causes less damage to the furnace body for a longer service life. Temperature adjustment can be realized through only one heating point with simple operation.

  • Environmental Treatment & Standard Emission

    The environmentally friendly biomass carbonization furnace is equipped with a professional flue gas treatment system. Flue gas generated during combustion and drying is purified to meet national emission standards with no environmental compliance risks.

  • Automatic Operation & Labor Saving

    The continuous carbonization furnace supports fully automatic continuous production. Equipped with a PLC control system, it realizes unmanned full-process operation. Operators are only responsible for feeding, finished product collection and equipment monitoring; only 1–2 workers per shift are needed for normal production.
