Gas Leakage
During equipment operation, aging or damage of the sealing system may cause leakage of pyrolysis gas, oil gas and other media.

Dewaxing
Long-chain waxy molecules contained in pyrolysis oil will deteriorate the low-temperature fluidity of oil products. Meanwhile, they tend to deposit in pipelines and heat exchangers, causing equipment blockage and pressure rise.

Coking
During high-temperature pyrolysis, heavy components or incompletely cracked macromolecules in raw materials will form hard coke deposits on the inner wall of the reactor and the surface of heating tubes.
