Low-temperature Pyrolysis
Oil sludge is fed into the pyrolysis reactor and heated at a set temperature to generate oil and gas vapor.

Buffering and Cooling
The pyrolyzed oil-gas mixture enters the buffer tank for buffering and sedimentation, then passes through vertical and horizontal condenser systems to be liquefied into oil, which is finally delivered to an oil storage tank.

Tail Gas and Flue Gas Purification
The remaining non-condensable gas is treated by the tail gas purification system and recycled back to the pyrolysis reactor as fuel. Flue gas produced during pyrolysis is purified by a desulfurization tower up to emission standards for direct discharge.
