Technological Breakthroughs and Equipment Iteration
Fully Continuous Technology Becomes Mainstream (2026)
Single production line daily capacity: 30–50 tons (traditional intermittent type ≤ 20 tons). Feeding, pyrolysis, oil output and slag discharge run synchronously and continuously without shutdown.
Representative enterprises: Qingdao Longyuan Baihong (fully continuous equipment, joint R&D center with universities); Shangqiu Tomorrow Environmental Protection (heat-resistant alloy material, oxygen-free pyrolysis + tail gas purification).
Breakthrough in High-value Carbon Black Utilization
Pyrolysis carbon black can replace commercial carbon black for tires and conveyor belts after magnetic separation, ultra-fine grinding, activation modification and granulation, solving the pain points of low carbon black quality and limited application.
Case: Hangzhou Binjiang Project (designed by China United Engineering Corporation). Annual capacity: 20,000 tons of waste tires. Output ratio: 48% pyrolysis oil, 40% carbon black, 12% combustible gas for self-supply.
Environmental Protection and Safety Upgrading
Dioxin emission ≤ 0.1ng TEQ/m³; multi-stage flue gas purification, exceeding national standards.
Full-process oxygen-free sealing + triple protection + intelligent interlock system for leakage prevention, explosion protection and real-time monitoring.
